Personalized vs Custom Work

2024 Policy 

Personalizing
We can do minor personalization on most of the items on the site.  This includes adding names/dates and changing colours of painted items.  The minimum charge for personalization is $5 depending on the item (excluding those already listed in our personalized items.

Custom Orders
We regretfully announce that we will no longer be able to accept custom orders.  If what you are looking for is not on the site, we are happy to pass you along to another artist who may have more time.  I am a 1 person company for our design work, and keeping the stores stocked and up with the website orders means that I simply do not have the time to dedicate to custom orders (usually taking between 5-10 hours, depending on the design requirements).  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
